Oxford-Leiden Link Gala Concert

Saturday 21 February 2026 - 7.00 pm at Oxford Town Hall

To celebrate 80 years of twinning between Oxford and Leiden, there will be a Gala Concert in Oxford Town Hall. Enjoy an evening of operatic highlights and orchestral splendour with musicians from both cities. Featured will be music from La Traviata, Madame Butterfly, Carmen, La Bohème, Nabucco, Lohengrin, Eugene Onegin, Meistersinger, and Pomp and Circumstance. Tickets are available at osj.org.uk.

Church Twinning Barn Dance

Saturday 28 February 2026 - 7.30 pm at Trinity Church Hall, Conduit Road

Fancy a knees-up, a ploughman's dinner and fun company? Abingdon Church Twinning is organising a Barn Dance fundraiser on Saturday the 28th of February in Trinity Church Conduit Centre. Alan Fisher from Abingdon Baptist will be the caller, and all proceeds will support church twinning. Limited spaces! Put on your dancing shoes, and get your tickets from your Church Twinning reps.
